"Product info wasn’t very clear"
I had a hard time figuring out exactly what I was buying because the product description felt vague. I also expected a faster response when I reached out for clarification, so the whole process was a bit frustrating.

"Nice leather, but the value is questionable"
I got what I ordered and the leather does seem like good quality, so no complaints there. That said, the pricing felt a little high for what it is. I also found the communication kind of unclear, which was annoying because I wasn’t always sure what to expect. Overall, it’s not bad, but I’m not sure I’d say it’s great value for the money.

"Shipping felt a little slow"
I ordered from montanaleather.com and it did show up, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I was kind of feeling pressured because I needed it by a certain time, so the waiting made it a bit stressful. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just average overall.

I mean, the leather feels decent enough, so that part was okay. But after looking it over, the stitching just seemed a bit weak to me. Not sure how it’ll hold up, especially with how I’m using it, but that was the main thing I noticed

"Pleasantly surprised by the quality"
I ordered a belt from Montana Leather Company i was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. The leather feels thick and sturdy, the stitching is really clean, and the whole thing just feels like it’s built to last. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, but it turned out to be really well-made. Definitely happy with it.

"Great leather selection and easy to shop"
I was looking for a few different kinds of leather for some small projects, and montanaleather.com had a much better selection than I expected. The different weights, colors, and finishes were easy to browse, and it gave me a lot of confidence that they actually know what makers are looking for.
I also appreciated that the options felt well organized instead of just thrown together. I found what I needed quickly, ordered a couple of pieces, and they looked very close to the photos when they arrived. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again.

"Just Missed the Sizes I Needed"
I went to check out a few things I had my eye on, already picturing what I wanted to buy, but by the time I looked, most of the sizes were gone. It was a little disappointing because the items were exactly what I was hoping for, but there just wasn’t much left to choose from.

"Nice wallet, but I’m still not sure about the wait"
I ordered a wallet from Montana Leather, and when it finally got here, it looked pretty much like the photos. The leather does feel good, and the stitching seems decent too, unless I’m just not being picky enough. Overall, the wallet itself is solid and I don’t really have much to complain about there.
The shipping was the part that made me second-guess the order a bit. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t super consistent, so I kept wondering if something had gone wrong. The price felt fair, but the whole experience ended up feeling kind of just okay to me.

"Felt a little misled, but the order was correct"
I’ll be honest, I felt a bit misled at first because I wasn’t totally sure the items would come exactly like they looked online. But when the order arrived, everything was actually right. No mix-ups, and it all matched what I picked.

The box come crushed, and the leather was having some scuffs from it. Kinda disappointing because the item itself could’ve been nice, but it arrived looking rough.

Got my order last week and tbh the leather actually feels real, not that shiny fake-looking stuff. It even smells like proper leather lol. Stitching looks decent and the grain seems natural too. I was kinda nervous ordering online, but imo the material seems genuine...
